Privacy Policy

ReelJoy always attaches great importance to users’ personal privacy rights and interests. Centering on the management and protection of user data, this Policy specifies the types of information the platform may collect, how data is used, conditions for information disclosure, security protection measures, and rights exercisable by users. It also sets out procedures and relevant notes for deleting personal data.

Part 1 Eligibility of Use and Privacy Rights

1.1 Matters Manageable by Users

Users of ReelJoy may view personal information related to themselves, as well as update or modify relevant content. Users may manage app permissions at their own discretion. In addition, users may submit requests to the platform to delete personal data or cancel their accounts. ReelJoy will process such requests in accordance with applicable regulations upon receipt.

1.2 Usage Requirements for Users Under 18

ReelJoy is available for adult users and minor users who use the service under guardian supervision. Users under the age of 18 shall be accompanied throughout and operate the platform under the supervision and guidance of their legal guardians when accessing platform functions. For matters involving minors’ personal privacy rights and interests, their legal guardians may exercise relevant rights or submit corresponding applications on their behalf in compliance with current laws and regulations.

Part 2 Data Involved During Service Use

2.1 Information the Platform May Collect

To maintain the normal and stable operation of all ReelJoy services, we collect necessary data generated or provided by users during service use on the premise of complying with relevant regulations. Such data mainly includes:

  1. Credential information for account security protection;
  2. Personal usage preferences set by users;
  3. User browsing behavior data within the platform;
  4. Device hardware information and operating parameters;
  5. Transaction and payment-related information;
  6. Other supporting data required to run the platform’s basic services.

2.2 Purposes of Processing Relevant Data

ReelJoy shall only use collected information for compliant service scenarios, mainly including daily platform operation and maintenance, product function updates and optimization, as well as matching and pushing personalized service content based on user profiles. Relevant information may also be used to handle user inquiries, provide after-sales service and technical support, enhance platform and service security, and help the platform fulfill all obligations stipulated by laws, regulations and regulatory requirements.

Part 3 Conditions for External Disclosure of Information

Without explicit, voluntary authorization from users themselves, ReelJoy shall not sell users’ personal information without permission, nor privately share such information with external parties. If mandatory provisions are stipulated by national laws and regulations, or regulatory authorities issue legal requirements for information disclosure, the platform shall act in accordance with corresponding statutory requirements.

Part 4 Data Security and Third-Party Tools

To reduce risks of leakage, tampering or loss of user data, ReelJoy has established a multi-level, systematic data and network security protection system, and adopted protective measures across all links to safeguard user information security. To improve platform functions and service capabilities, ReelJoy integrates selected qualified, secure and reliable third-party software development kits (SDKs). The integration and use of third-party tools by the platform shall comply with applicable privacy compliance requirements.

Part 5 User Data Deletion and Revocation of Google Authorization

To meet the compliance operation requirements of Google and Facebook platforms, ReelJoy provides users with channels to delete personal data. Users may revoke relevant authorizations or submit data deletion requests to the platform in accordance with the instructions below.

5.1 Purpose of Google Account Authorization

Google Account Sign-In is used by ReelJoy solely to verify the authenticity of user identities.

5.2 Revoke Google Account Access Permissions for ReelJoy

Users may revoke the access authorization between their Google Account and ReelJoy at any time by following these steps: Sign in to your Google Account and open the account security settings page → Navigate to the third-party app permission management section titled "Third-party apps with account access" → Locate ReelJoy in the list of relevant applications → Select the function to remove account access permissions → Complete final confirmation in the pop-up window.

5.3 Optional Clearing of Historical OAuth Records

In addition to the above steps, users may manually access Google’s My Activity page to clear historical OAuth authorization activity records retained in the system. This operation is optional based on personal needs and not a mandatory step.

5.4 Deletion of Account Data Stored on Servers

After revoking Google Account authorization, ReelJoy will no longer be able to obtain or retrieve data associated with that Google Account. It is particularly important to note that revoking Google authorization does not equal deleting account data already stored on ReelJoy servers. If you wish to completely erase all ReelJoy account data stored on the platform’s servers, you may submit a deletion request via email, and platform staff will assist you with processing.

Part 6 Adjustments to Policy Content

ReelJoy may revise or update this Privacy Policy from time to time in response to platform service iteration and upgrades, changes to national laws and regulations, and adjustments to industry compliance standards. If this Policy undergoes material or substantial content changes, the platform will promptly send update notifications to users through official channels and publish the revised content.
